Overview: 30-day returns, no questions asked. We cover shipping if it's our fault (damaged/defective). You cover shipping if you changed your mind. Refunds take 1-3 days after we receive your return. Email us first at support@gemkits.co - we're here to help.
We want you to love your diamond painting kit. If something's not right, we'll sort it out.

How long do I have to return something?
30 days from when it arrives.
Can I return it if I just don't like it?
Yes. If it's not working for you, send it back within 30 days.
How do I start a return?
Contact us within 30 days with: · Your order number · What you're returning · Photos of the packaging and product (helps us process faster)
We'll send you a return label and instructions. Make sure everything's in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Who pays for return shipping?
Our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover it. We'll send you a prepaid label. Your call (changed your mind): You cover the return shipping.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse: 1-3 business days to process.
Can I exchange for a different design?
We don't do direct exchanges, but reach out anyway. We'll figure something out.
What if it arrives damaged?

We'll sort it quickly.
The box looks beaten up but the kit seems fine?
Ask the courier to note the damage before you sign. Covers you if issues come up later.
The package is properly destroyed?
Refuse delivery - it'll come back to us automatically.
Message us right away and we'll send a replacement.
